I was hired by Robert Herjavec (Co-star of CBC’s Dragons Den and ABC’s Shark Tank) to shoot his brand new Ferrari 458 Challenge race car. I arrived at Ferrari of Ontario to see the brand new 458 tucked underneath it’s red cover. Once Robert arrived with his family it was time for the big unveiling. The cover was removed to display the stunning Rosso Scuderia paint equipped with several unique decals which accentuated the amazing curves of the car. Like a kid on Christmas morning Robert hopped in the car and started to explore his amazing new toy. After explaining all the different features and gadgets to his family I was left alone in the shop to photograph the pure bred Italian machine. Robert will be competing in this year’s Ferrari Challenge Series which begins on April 28th at Infineon Raceway. These beautiful race cars are prepped at the Ferrari factory in Italy with several differences from their road going brother. The Challenge version of the 458 is powered by the same 570hp engine but has a lower ride height, full stripped race interior, center lock wheels, and optimized tuning of the F1 gearbox just to name a few.
