Italy Vacation

After a long year filled with several track days, photo shoots, events, meetings, and deliveries it is time for a vacation! I’ve been looking forward to this trip for a long time, but it’s finally here. We flew into Venice yesterday afternoon and had a 3 hour bus ride to get to our hotel in Dobiacco, our home base for the next 2 weeks for our hiking adventure. My 83 year old Grandfather…yes…83…is leading the trip, brand new knee’s and all!

The Forgotten Canadian Supercar

Tonight I had the amazing opportunity to see the “Forgotten Canadian Supercar” in person at a clients garage. This “MCV” was designed, engineered, and built in the 1990’s. Some of you might recognize it from the Auto Show where it made a few appearances. The company dealt with several challenges and wasn’t able to raise the necessary capital to bring the car to production. This car is the only working model in existence and will hopefully be back on the road this fall. It was amazing to see some of the old photo albums and hear the behind the scenes stories and challenges the entire team went through.

EA Mosport August 30th

August 30th marked the end of the EA Track Days season for 2012. The fantastic weather contributed to the great turnout of high powered race cars and exotics. A big thank you goes out to the EA team and everyone who brought out their cars to enjoy on the track, I’m sure the events will be even better next year!
